Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 23, 2025

Issuing Entity: Mixozi Technology Private Limited (hereinafter "Mixozi"), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (India), with its registered office in Washington, USA.

Feelsoon exists to cultivate genuine human connections through authentic sharing. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy (collectively 'User Agreement') establish our shared responsibilities. By continuing to use our Services, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement. We encourage thorough review of all documents comprising the User Agreement.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The term "App" refers to the Feelsoon social networking application (accessible via iOS, Android, and web platforms at www.feelsoon.com), including all associated services, features, updates, and integrations. "User" denotes any individual, entity, or automated system interacting with the App, whether as a registered account holder or unregistered visitor. "Content" encompasses text, images, videos, audio files, comments, metadata, or any other materials uploaded, transmitted, or displayed through the App. "Third-Party Services" includes Firebase (backend infrastructure), Google Analytics (user analytics), Facebook Ads (advertising network), Google AdMob (in-app ads), and other integrated plugins.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Modifications

By accessing, registering, or otherwise using the App, Users acknowledge they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy (available at www.mixozi.com/privacy), and the Cookie Policy (available at www.mixozi.com/cookies). This agreement is enforceable under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.

Mixozi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, operational practices, or technological advancements. Material modifications (e.g., alterations to dispute resolution procedures, fee structures, or data-sharing practices) will be communicated to Users through the following methods:

  • In-App notifications: Displayed prominently for seven (7) consecutive days prior to the effective date of changes.

  • Email alerts: Sent to the registered email address of Users thirty (30) days before implementation.

    Non-material changes (e.g., grammatical corrections, formatting adjustments) will be published on the Terms page without prior notice. Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who disagree with modifications must cease using the App immediately.

    • Users acknowledge that certain service-related notifications are essential to the operation of Feelsoon. These include security alerts, policy updates, and account verification messages sent to the registered email address. While marketing communications can be adjusted in your preference settings, service-critical messages cannot be opted out of without terminating your account.

    3. Eligibility Requirements and Account Registration

    To access certain features of the App, Users must create an account by providing a valid email address, username, password, and profile photo. Eligibility is contingent upon meeting the following age requirements:

    1. Minimum Age: Users must be at least thirteen (13) years old, compliant with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

    2. Regional Exceptions:

  • Users in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), Brazil, Thailand, or Indonesia must be at least sixteen (16) years old, per the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 8 and national laws.

  • Users in South Korea must be at least nineteen (19) years old or obtain parental consent under the Youth Protection Act.

    • Mixozi reserves the right to verify User ages through government-issued identification, credit card checks, or other lawful methods. Accounts suspected of being created by underage Users will be suspended pending verification.

    Each registered account must correspond to a single individual. Sharing account credentials constitutes a violation of these Terms. You bear full responsibility for maintaining password confidentiality and for activities occurring under your account credentials. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support@mixozi.com. Dormant accounts with no login activity for 365 consecutive days may be deactivated at Mixozi's discretion.

    4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

    Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from engaging in the following prohibited activities:

    1. Posting Illegal or Harmful Content:

      • - Content that infringes intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized use of copyrighted music, trademarks).

      • - Defamatory statements violating the U.S. Restatement (Second) of Torts §558 or India’s Defamation Laws (Section 499 IPC).

      • - Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) prohibited under 18 U.S. Code § 2256 and India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.


    2. Platform Misuse:

      • - Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized data extraction.

      • - Impersonation of individuals, brands, or public figures.

      • - Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.


    3. Disruptive Behavior:

      • - Harassment, doxxing (revealing private addresses/contact details), or credible threats of violence.

      • - Automated account creation for fraud or artificial engagement inflation.


    5. Social Networking Functionality

    Feelsoon provides various interactive features characteristic of social networking platforms. These features include:

  • Real-time connections allowing users to share content with friends and followers

  • Public/private profile customization options

  • Comment sections beneath shared content Direct messaging capabilities Geographical feature discovery


    • When utilizing these features, users should be aware that:

  • Content visibility depends on privacy settings selected by the user

  • Public posts may be viewed by unconnected users within the platform

  • Screenshots can preserve content despite subsequent deletion attempts

  • Location sharing is entirely optional but enables certain platform features

  • User interactions cannot be verified for authenticity by Mixozi

    • We do not guarantee content reach or audience engagement, and our content distribution algorithms may change without notice.

    6. Content Moderation and Enforcement

    Mixozi employs a multi-layered moderation system to ensure compliance with these Terms:




  • Automated Tools: AI-powered algorithms scan for nudity, hate speech, and graphic violence using Google Cloud Vision API.


  • User Reporting: Suspected violations can be reported via the "Report" button beneath each post. Reports are reviewed by human moderators within forty-eight (48) hours.


  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: Mixozi complies with valid legal requests for Content removal or User data disclosure under:

    • - The U.S. Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. Chapter 121).
    - India’s Information Technology (Procedure and Safeguards for Interception, Monitoring, and Decryption of Information) Rules, 2009.

    Accounts found in violation of these Terms may face temporary suspension, permanent termination, or legal action. Suspended Users may appeal by contacting support@mixozi.com within fourteen (14) days.

    7. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

    The App integrates the following Third-Party Services, each governed by their respective terms:

      2. - Stores User data (e.g., profiles, messages) on Google Cloud servers located in the U.S. and Singapore.
      - Data encryption follows AES-256 standards for data at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit.

    2. Google Analytics:

      3. - Tracks session duration, device type, and geolocation (city-level precision).
      - Users may opt out via the Google Analytics Browser Add-On.

    3. Facebook Ads/Google AdMob:

      4. - Collects device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) for personalized ads.
      - Opt out through device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising).

    4. External Content: Feelsoon may display links to third-party websites, applications, or content. Accessing such external resources means leaving our platform and subjecting yourself to different terms and policies. Mixozi does not review, approve, or endorse external content, nor can we control its accuracy or appropriateness. Your interactions with such content occur at your sole risk and discretion.

    Data shared with Third-Party Services is subject to their privacy policies. Mixozi disclaims liability for Third-Party Service outages, data breaches, or policy violations.

    8. IntellectualPropertyRights

    1. User-Generated Content:

        2. - Users retain ownership of original Content but grant Mixozi a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it globally for App functionality.
        - License terminates automatically upon Content deletion or account closure.

    2. Mixozi’sIntellectualProperty:

      3. - The App’s source code, trademarks, logos, and design elements are the exclusive property of Mixozi.
      - Unauthorized use (e.g., replicating Feelsoon’s interface for a competing app) violates copyright laws and will result in legal action.

    9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

    1. In-App Purchases:

      • Premium features (e.g., ad-free browsing, profile customization) are available via one-time payments or subscriptions.
      • Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, GBP, or INR, with currency conversion handled by Stripe or PayPal.

    2. Subscription Management:

      • Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled through platform-specific settings (iOS: App Store; Android: Google Play Store).
      • Refunds are issued only where mandated by law (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive 14-day cooling-off period).

    3. Chargebacks:

      • Disputed transactions may lead to account suspension until resolved.


    10. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

    Mixozi provides the App on an "as is" basis and disclaims liability for:


    1. Service Interruptions: Downtime caused by server maintenance, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

    2. User Disputes: Conflicts arising from Content interactions or third-party transactions.

    3. Indirect Damages: Lost profits, reputational harm, or data breaches (except as required by GDPR Article 82).


    User Safety

    Feelsoon does not verify user identities or monitor private communications. Exercise appropriate cautionwhen:

    - Revealingpersonallyidentifying information
    - Arranging meetups with users known only through the platform
    - Participating in trending challenges or activities
    - Sharing financial information or sending money to other users

    Users bear sole responsibility for assessing risks associated with online interactions initiated through Feelsoon.


    Liability is capped at ₹100,000 under India’s Information Technology Act, 2000, or €500,000 for EU Users under Directive (EU) 2019/771.



    11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

    1. Informal Negotiation: Parties must attempt to resolve disputes via email (support@mixozi.com) for thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

    2. Arbitration:

      • - U.S. Users: Administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under Commercial Rules.

      • - Non-U.S. Users: Administered per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

    3. Class Action Waiver: Claims must be pursued individually, not as class or representative actions.


    12. Regional Compliance Addendums

    1. EU/EEA:

      • - Data transfers outside the EU comply with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

      • - Data Protection Officer (DPO) requests can be directed to support@mixozi.com.

    2. California:

    3. India:

      • Grievances related to unlawful Content must be submitted to support@mixozi.com for resolution within thirty-six (36) hours per IT Rules, 2021.


    13. Account Termination

    You may delete your account at any time via the Settings menu. Processing your termination request may take up to 30 days, during which you may cancel your deletion request.

    Mixozi may terminate your account at our discretion if:

    - You breach these Terms or our community guidelines
    - Your account shows no activity for over 12 months
    - We cease operations or significantly modify our services
    - Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate termination
    -Technical circumstances make continued service provision impractical

    After termination, you lose all access rights to Feelsoon services, though certain obligations in these Terms (including intellectual property provisions, liability limitations, and dispute resolution terms) remain enforceable.
